Tourist Registration Number: HUTB-017043 The apartment, located on floor 0, is very spacious, very comfortable and has a magnificent 42m2 terrace to enjoy with family or friends. Stops bus to 50m to get downtown. The Finestrellas apartment is located on the ground floor of the house we have lived in for many years (we live on the first floor), it is very spacious and has a magnificent terrace of 42m2 for breakfast, lunch and dinner with family or friends (The climate in Barcelona is always very temperate). It is very nice, bright, spacious and comfortable for rest. It is ideal for families and groups of friends, also for interns at the University, ERASMUS, ESADE business school or medicine at Sant Joan de Déu Hospital and also for professionals wishing to attend the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya or the Ferias de Barcelona in Montjuich. Facilities: It consists of two rooms with two beds each, two bathrooms (one with shower and another simple), a large fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, WIFI and TV, and the terrace with terrace furniture. The apartment is independent and the whole apartment is available to guests, as well as the appliances, furniture and equipment.

Important: you have to tell the taxi driver to take you behind the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital and park in front of the Abba Garden Hotel. Our house is in front of the hotel (the green one with vines). It is important to name the hospital because there is another street with the same name in another part of Barcelona. By car you enter Barcelona through Ronda de Dalt and our exit is nº10 (Pedralbes-Hospital de Sant Joan de Déu) and you just have to follow the signs that lead to the hospital. Our house is right behind the Hospital. Parking is very easy, free and safe. To come from the airport by public transport, (one hour): Take the train to Plaza España. Take subway line 3 (green) to the University Area and there are two options: 1.Bajar in University Zone and walk up the hill (15 minutes but hard with luggage). Or take the blue buses EP1 and JM whose stop is behind the Faculty of Economics and Business, which in four stops you leave in front of the Hospital. They work until 9:30 p.m. 2.Bajar in Sants Estació and take bus 78 that goes straight and leaves in front of the Hospital. Neighbourhood

In our environment you can breathe pure air and tranquility because we are somewhat away from the pollution and the noisy center of the city. Just leave the house and you can take a walk through the natural environment offered by the Collserola Natural Park, where you can meet many athletes who run or bike, and many dogs that walk your dog. Around there is a Pharmacy, two restaurants (a great one of Catalan food and another of Basque food) and a cafeteria / bakery where you can have breakfast or buy it. The large supermarkets are 5 minutes by car or three bus stops. Some important shopping centers in Barcelona (two or three) are three metro stops or 15 minutes by bus (63 and 78).

Transport

To go downtown you only have to get off at the bus stops that are 50m from the front door. The buses 63 and 68 (take to Plaça Universidad and Plaça Catalunya, about 30 minutes) on the 22nd leads to Plaça Catalunya descending through Pº de Gracia where the Gaudi buildings are, about 50 minutes) and the 78 leaves at Estación de Sants and Plaça Espanya You can check these routes in Google maps. The subway (stop University Zone, line 3- green-, arrival at Ramblas in 20 minutes) is 900m away and to reach it you can take a pleasant walk of 12 minutes through a beautiful park of roses, the Cervantes Park, and return home from the metro stop (Zona Universitaria) you can take the EP1, EP2 or SJ buses that are located right next to the metro stop and that leaves you at two stops below the house.
